Web Producer II – Digital Marketing

This role supports and delivers outstanding web experiences to F5 customers, partners, and prospects. Working within a customer- and detail-obsessed Web Marketing team and collaborating with a highly technical business team, as well as the creative and development teams, you will support the online content production needs to produce effective content that drives the business. If you have a proven record of managing multiple high priority, high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running, prioritizing, and executing on campaign production requests
Working with web team members in all functions (designers, copywriters, content strategies, SEO lead)
Supporting content deployment processes via ServiceNow and acting as the center for production-related communications and issues tracking
Supporting business partners by responding to questions and issues per an established SLA and working toward rapid resolution
Producing landing pages and microsites, and handling content across multiple properties, including localized sites, via the Adobe Experience Manager and other technologies like Marketo, or WordPress
Actively communicating project statuses to business owners and key stakeholders as needed, as well as balancing deliverable/launch expectations with all business owners
Acting as a brand steward and last line of defense to ensure compliancy and consistency with all campaigns and initiatives across the web properties
Handling project/work activities with broad scope and functional impact
Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies
Performs other related duties as assigned

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Solid experience with HTML and a basic understanding of APIs, JavaScript, XML, and CSS
Working experience with CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress, and project tracking systems like Wrike and ServiceNow
Experience with responsive websites
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and accomplish work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with agile project management
Experience delivering content on B2B, B2C, or e-commerce sites
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Web Product Manager experience is a plus

You Have:

3+ years of experience with digital production or equivalent experience; Preference for experience that spans simple page updates, single page landing experiences, multi-page landing experiences, and/or producing complex websites
3+ years of general marketing experience
1+ year of experience with project management is a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material
Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $77,277.00 - $115,915.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
