職務内容

今回は製品導入後の保守更新営業を行うリニューアルセールスを募集しています。

長期的な関係構築による顧客満足を最優先に、継続的にF5のサービスをお客様へお届けする窓口となるポジションです。

製品導入後のお客様である法人やパートナー企業を含む既存顧客に対して、定期的な保守契約更新を行い、サービス利益を創出していただく営業ポジションです。営業やSE等社内の関係者とも連携し、エンドユーザーやパートナー企業に対する顧客満足並びにサービスソリューションの拡大に努めます。

  • 電話やメールを中心に、保守契約更新及び延長の提案営業活動を行う。必要に応じ顧客先への訪問も行う
  • 担当するアカウントに対して、保守契約更新業務を通じてサービス利益を創出し、四半期毎の目標を達成または超過する
  • お客様やパートナー様との関係構築を行い、高い顧客満足を維持する
  • 営業、SEやサポート等の社内関係者と連携し、案件の把握及び管理を行う
  • 契約内容の確認、契約書の作成及び管理を行う
  • SFDCを利用し、正確な情報の維持及び管理を行う
  • F5のサービスの価値訴求や認知向上の為の活動を行う
  • パートナーパフォーマンスプログラムにおける窓口となる
  • その他不随する業務を遂行する

応募要件

  • IT業界における3年以上の営業関連の実務経験、保守更新営業経験尚可
  • SFDCSAPなど営業支援ツールの使用経験
  • 読み書き聞き取りを含む基本的な英語力

Position Summary

We are looking for Renewals Sales Representative to increase our service revenue and awareness. The primary focus will be generating service revenue for maintenance contracts renewal by maintaining contracts and upselling. This role will be working closely with the Sales team to grow F5 services solution to the end users. Our Renewals Sales also provides the services link to the product team in order to maintain and develop the business both from a commercial and solution perspective.

What you will do:

  • Maintain and grow revenue with existing customers by managing current renewals and upselling maintenance

  • Take an account management approach to identify co-termination and reinstatement opportunities
  • Build strong relationships and drive high renewal attach rate with partners and customers
  • Closely work and collaborate with Sales, SE, Support, and other internal teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Increase awareness of F5 services by educating customers and internal stakeholders
  • Effectively negotiate with customers, defend against competitive pressures, and uncover additional opportunities
  • Be a Single Contact Window for Partner Performance Programs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you will bring:

  • Over 3 years of Sales related experience in IT industry. Renewals Sales experience is a plus
  • Sales force automation tool experience such as SAP or SFCD
  • Goal oriented with excellent numeracy skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work across international boundaries, cultures and possess working knowledge of the IT industry maintenance process
  • Fluent in Japanese and basic English including reading, writing, and healing skills
