As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and recommend solutions in alignment with strategic roadmaps across the organization. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and Software Engineers to envision, design, and build solutions and drive their execution. You will engage with Product Management, Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, and other delivery teams to ensure business outcomes are achieved. What You’ll Do
Apply advanced technical principles, techniques, theories, and concepts contributing to the development of new principles and theories.
Work on unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.
Work towards predetermined long-range goals and objectives.
Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
Develop advanced technological ideas and guide their solution architecture into a final product.
Ensure alignment between architecture guidance and solutions being delivered.
Collaborate with delivery teams during application design, assist product teams with interoperability, performance, scalability, reliability, availability, technology, and security risks.
Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the solution to business stakeholders.
Design solutions in multiple cloud service providers in IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS
Own and drive proof-of-concept and discovery efforts.
Participate in defining platform standards.
Develop and evolve solution architecture roadmaps and portfolios.
Partner with engineers to troubleshoot and provide solutions for production issues.
Participate in vendor corrective action meetings as required, providing suggestions or alternatives to solve problems.
Prepares and present designs and any known exceptions to Architecture Review Board (ARB)
Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
Experience with modern interface patterns and techniques.
Experience with one or more cloud service providers and their respective environments.
High expertise in database and data modeling experience and understanding of relational database concepts.
Experience with manipulating large datasets across heterogeneous systems, and with Data Integration technologies and solutions.
Expertise in Snowflake, Azure Services, and ability to build an enterprise data solution with well architected upstream and downstream integrations.
Expertise on data security, working with data governance, and data privacy teams.
Experience in implementing or architecting Master Data Management at an enterprise level.
Expert level technical knowledge on data architecture and data integration.
Proficiency in Event-Driven architectures, enabling the design of responsive and scalable systems.
Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and one or more Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools.
Experience with agile software development processes.
Proven ability to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable and adhere to policies, standards, and best practices.
Experience working with multiple, large enterprise platforms, and a diverse technology environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, communication, planning, problem solving, trouble shooting, facilitation and organization skills.
Strong influencing, coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
Deep analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, enabling the identification and resolution of complex technical challenges.
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, actively contributing to identifying business requirements and assessing technical feasibility.
Commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a technical role in Information Technology.
Minimum 8+ years of experience as a software engineer or solutions architect. Experience with engineering technology components is a plus.
Experience in supporting or implementing enterprise data solutions.
Experience in Snowflake, Azure Services, Data modeling techniques, and DBT (or similar data transformation tool).
At least 2 years direct experience in MDM design, development, support, and operations with a leading MDM tool suite.
