Position Overview:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and scale the infrastructure that powers our additive manufacturing ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with software engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems that monitor and support our 3D printing platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, machine learning workflows, and customer-facing deployments, helping bridge the gap between development and operations. This position requires a hands-on, collaborative engineer who is comfortable working across teams, supporting customer environments, and contributing to the stability and scalability of mission-critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineering and manufacturing teams to support and maintain infrastructure used to monitor and manage 3D printing systems
- Partner with customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support installations of company software in production environments
- Work closely with the software team to build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, machine learning workflows, and related infrastructure
- Coordinate with IT to provision, configure, and maintain servers, CI agents, and other critical systems
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python for automation, tooling, and infrastructure development
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and customers
- Deep experience with diverse systems and technologies, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), operating systems (Linux, Windows, macOS), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), distributed systems, build systems (e.g., CMake), and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of IT and cloud security best practices, including access control, network security, and secure system designruss

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $140,000 and $186,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, job-related skills, related education, work location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program, as applicable.
