Position Overview:
We’re looking for an eager and adaptable Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, inventory cost accounting, billing, and the month-end close process. This hands-on role is perfect for someone proactive and excited to take on new responsibilities, learn continuously, and grow their skills in a manufacturing accounting environment. You’ll help ensure accurate reconciliations, timely close support, and strong documentation while collaborating effectively across teams and contributing to audit readiness. Responsibilities
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including
- reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
- Maintain the general ledger accounts and assist with account
- Assists with inventory accounting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
- Assist with AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting, as needed
- Assist with audit support and documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records and compliance with policies.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, including data analysis, audit support, and systems implementations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
- 1–4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Basic understanding of GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $75,000 and $84,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, job-related skills, related education, work location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program, as applicable.
