Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and filing of accurate, timely SEC reports with clear, well-written disclosures. In this role, you’ll coordinate and prepare quarterly and year-end financial reports, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, earnings releases, and related communications, while ensuring SOX controls are maintained and working closely with audit and legal teams. You’ll play a key role in keeping our external reporting process smooth and compliant, working independently but also partnering across teams in a fast-paced public-company environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and other SEC filings, including assistance with the earnings release
- Subject matter expert on US GAAP and SEC regulations for the preparation and filing of SEC reports and demonstrate a clear understanding of related authoritative literature governing financial reporting for public companies
- Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A in compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements
- Monitor new accounting standards and SEC rules; assess and implement impacts
- Partner with external auditors and legal counsel on filings and disclosures
- Support technical accounting research and memo preparation, such as purchase price accounting; M&A transactions
- Maintain disclosure controls and documentation
- Support earnings releases and investor communications
- Assist with XBRL tagging and filing processes
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of SEC reporting and technical accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with DFIN or similar SEC reporting tools preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $112,000 and $141,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, job-related skills, related education, work location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program, as applicable.
