About Veev

Veev is leading the transformation of the construction industry with an innovative approach to modular home construction. Veev’s prefabricated closed-panel systems allow homes to be assembled efficiently on-site while delivering a more sustainable and higher-quality final product than traditional construction. As a new subsidiary of Lennar, Veev leverages the strength and scale of its parent company while maintaining the speed and disruptive approach of its roots as a Silicon Valley-based startup. Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multidisciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

This role is critical to Veev's mission of transforming the construction industry with modern, sustainable, and efficient construction techniques. In this role, you will directly contribute to the efficiency, sustainability, and quality of modern home construction by working on collaborating between the teams throughout the organization. Your work will have a tangible impact on Veev’s ability to scale operations and drive industry-wide change.

The Role

As a BIM Systems Specialist, you will own the structure, standards, and integrity of Veev’s BIM environment across the product lifecycle. This role is responsible for defining how building data is modeled, organized, validated, and delivered to support design, manufacturing, and construction workflows.

You will establish and maintain BIM standards, QA/QC frameworks, and data structures that ensure consistency and scalability across models. Working closely with PLM, MCAD, Software, and Engineering teams, you will ensure BIM outputs are aligned with downstream systems and production requirements.

This is a system-level role focused on enabling reliable, repeatable, and scalable execution across Veev’s vertically integrated platform.

  • Support integration of BIM outputs into fabrication and construction processes

System Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in BIM workflows, tools, and processes
  • Partner with Software teams on BIM automation and system enhancements
  • Identify and resolve systemic issues in BIM workflows, model structure, and data quality that impact downstream engineering and production processes

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Provide guidance and training on BIM standards and workflows across teams
  • Support Engineering, Production, and Sustaining teams in adopting BIM system practices
  • Define and maintain alignment between BIM data structures and PLM (Arena) to ensure accurate product definition and change control
