Experience
  • 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or AI engineer.
  • Proven experience deploying machine learning models into production and operating them at scale.
  • Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume data sets.
Technical Skills
  • Strong programming skills in Python (and experience with production-grade systems in languages like Go, Java, or C++ is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and debugging in live environments.
AI & ML Knowledge
  • Strong foundation in machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, time-series analysis).
  • Familiarity with deep learning and modern AI approaches, including generative or representation-learning methods, as relevant to production systems.
  • Experience applying ML in real-world, noisy, or adversarial environments is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).

Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.
