Content Creator

Location: Bangalore, India

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Content Creator to develop engaging, instructional multimedia content that empowers customers and partners to master Vectra solutions.

This role is responsible for producing videos, animations, visuals, and other educational materials that bring Vectra’s customer enablement programs to life. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling, instructional design awareness, and technical editing expertise to transform complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, approachable learning experiences.

You will collaborate closely with the Instructional Designer, Customer Enablement Program Manager, and Product teams to plan and execute the video content roadmap that supports training, certifications, and customer adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Video Production

  • Develop high-quality, engaging instructional videos that teach customers how to use and maximize Vectra solutions.
  • Manage the full production lifecycle - from storyboarding and scripting to screen capture, voiceover, editing, and publishing.
  • Create a variety of video formats including walkthroughs, workflow explainers, short-form tutorials, and motion graphics.
  • Apply storytelling and instructional design principles to make complex topics accessible, memorable, and visually compelling.
  • Produce videos rapidly in alignment with agile release cycles and product updates.

Content Development & Management

  • Partner with the Customer Enablement Program Manager and Instructional Designer on content planning, release schedules, and asset management.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all learning content.
  • Regularly update videos and visuals to reflect new product features or releases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Leverage AI-driven or automation tools to streamline production while maintaining quality and clarity.
  • Ensure all assets meet accessibility standards (captions, pacing, audio balance, and visual clarity).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, PS, Support, and PM to validate accuracy and technical alignment of learning materials.
  • Participate in review cycles with SMEs to refine storytelling and verify instructional accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Creative & Technical Expertise

  • 4–6 years of experience creating and producing educational or instructional video content for SaaS or technology products.
  • Strong proficiency in Camtasia, Descript, and related video/audio editing tools. Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts through engaging, visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and how to apply them effectively in video and multimedia content.
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to expedite production and maintain high-quality output.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
  • Strong organization, and attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical SMEs, Marketing, and Customer Enablement teams.
