About the Role
Vectra is looking for someone with a depth of Operations and Analysis experience based in India. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, which is what makes this opportunity so unique and exciting. You will be an integral member of our Business Operations team and will need to be detail oriented, process-minded and able to think quickly on your feet to support the needs of our fast-growing business operations team.
You will report into the Manager for Sales Operations, India. This team is responsible for providing operational support to the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate deal details and streamline order flow
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce by accurately entering and updating order information
- Support internal teams by addressing order-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Help optimize operational processes to improve efficiency
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and approval requirements
- Collaborate across time zones to ensure smooth communication and handoffs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a similar industry
- Proficient in using Salesforce, with the ability to create reports and maintain data accuracy
- Familiarity with order operations, sales processes, or CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working across India, Europe, and USA (California) time zones
- Basic knowledge of Excel (e.g., formulas, filtering, formatting)
- Prior experience supporting sales teams
