Your Role

Vectra AI is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, partner marketing, and campaign execution across the DACH region and Central Europe. This is a high-impact role suited to a proactive self-starter with a strong background in B2B field and partner marketing, solid regional expertise, and a passion for delivering tailored, results-driven marketing programmes that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer to join the EMEA team, who brings creativity, energy, and a deep understanding of how to engage audiences in meaningful, compelling ways. You will be reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Marketing. If you’re ready to make bold moves, build strong relationships, and have fun while doing it, read on! What You Will Do

Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales goals and corporate growth objectives.
  • Drive pipeline through high-impact campaigns aligned with go-to-market motions across prospects, customers, and partners—supporting both enterprise and commercial segments.
  • Bring fresh, creative thinking and unconventional strategies to cut through the noise, engage target audiences, and stand out in a highly competitive market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, channel, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.

Partner & Channel Marketing

  • Collaborate with MSSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic alliances to design and execute joint campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and events that amplify brand visibility and generate shared pipeline.
  • Support the development and execution of partner activation programs that enhance partner readiness, deepen engagement, and accelerate revenue through partner channels.

Events & Experiences

  • Plan and deliver high-impact regional experiences, including roundtables, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and virtual engagements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and reinforce Vectra AI’s value proposition across all touchpoints.
  • Manage logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and ROI.

Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Launch digital and in-person initiatives to support the full sales cycle and deepen engagement with key accounts and sectors.
  • Work closely with global campaigns and digital teams to adapt content, messaging, and nurture journeys for local relevance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to showcase testimonials, case studies, and advocacy programmes.

Performance Analysis & Sales Enablement

  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, continuously optimising based on insights.
  • Provide localised tools, assets, and resources to support sales in progressing opportunities.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, working with agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and resonate culturally and linguistically with the target audience.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Proven success in field marketing roles within the enterprise software or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong track record in partner marketing and leading regional campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written business fluency in German and English.
  • BA or MA or equivalent working experience.
