We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist I who are ready to join a fast-paced biotech startup in the next-gen sequencing industry.

You are someone who enjoys working with data, has an extreme attention to detail and is looking for an entry level role where you will be given the opportunity to help our customers succeed. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on startup experience in some of today’s most advanced and emerging technologies.

This is a part-time position based in our Tel Aviv office. You will be expected to work approximately 5 hours per day and a minimum of 4 days per week.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Work together with our global support, engineering, and data analytics teams to improve our customer response and facilitate an actionable plans across the fleet
  • Troubleshoot data pipeline and other remote challenges
  • Direct customers to the correct team for escalations
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure support issues are resolved
  • Document and shepherd issues through an escalation process
  • Maintain a status dashboard for management and executive teams
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and build processes to increase efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field. Bioengineering or Biomedical majors are preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Part time opportunities for students on a technical degree track
  • Capable of manipulating large spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Data oriented, experience working with complex systems
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Diligent and methodical at problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
