On the consumer side, we are giving employees unprecedented visibility into how their professional information is shared between third parties such as banks, mortgage lenders and employers. We believe increasing data transparency and returning data controls to the consumer are two crucial steps toward improving the health and safety of the internet as we know it.

  1. Devise, own, and scale our strategy to grow our “Instant network”. Our Instant network is one of the foundations of our product, and you will be working to help free the industry from a data monopoly controlled by Equifax.
  2. Help lead and explore other non-payroll data sources like core banking data, tax data, and other alternative data sets that may benefit our customers and consumers.

You will need to be able to balance both product management and go to market best practices, and be ok with coordinating and galvanizing broad cross-functional support for your initiatives.

At Truework, you would be responsible for:

  • Creating a pathway to 100m+ Instant records for Truework. We stand at 48m today.
  • Dismantling Equifax’s existing data monopoly
  • Ensuring Truework has the best data coverage in the industry

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, heavy-channel enterprise sales, and/or business development
  • Experience working in a fast paced scaling start-up and/or tech company
  • Ability to lead (both internally and externally)
  • Prior experience working within FinTech preferred but not required

About your team at Truework and who you will work with:

Cash Compensation:

Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $245,000-$264,000 for candidates based at our hubs in New York City & San Francisco. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
