We are seeking a Customer Success Manager, Mid Market to join our team! In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for driving adoption of Truework products and services, building relationships, and empowering our customers to fulfill their goals and find success on the Truework Platform for our mid market customers. In this role, you will not only be a consultant to our customers to drive value, but you’ll be a trusted advisor to our internal teams as the voice of our customers to our Product teams to consistently build and deliver features and products to our customers. You will learn how to work with, and leverage different technologies that our customers use today, from the Truework webapp, to our Truework API, and more - this is an exciting opportunity to not only learn and grow your knowledge base of technologies but to deliver that direct impact to our customers. We are looking for a self-starter that enjoys collaborations, taking on new challenges, and learning in a highly dynamic environment.

This role sits under the Technical Services organization which encompasses Implementations, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success and works closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

At Truework, this means you will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between our customers and the rest of the Truework team
  • Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and drive their success with the Truework Platform
  • Take ownership of new accounts, manage their adoption and growth on the platform
  • Leverage data and customer insights to segment your book of business and develop communication strategies driving the greatest impact at scale
  • Navigate customer organizations to uncover additional product opportunities for partnership
  • Spearhead and own internal cross-functional improvement projects, features, and processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting experience working with mid-market and large accounts with experience balancing books of business of 30+ customers or more.
  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for providing clear and articulate directions at all levels of an organization (technical, business, and C-level)
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Self-starter, ability to adapt with dynamic environment with high energy

About your team at Truework and who you will work with:

  • Manager: Kendall Feezor, Customer Success Team Lead
  • Team: Felicia Lee is our VP of Technical Services and heads up the Implementations, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success teams (a total of 7 people) at Truework. Your immediate team will be the Implementations, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success teams, but this role is highly cross functional and working with all functions of GTM and EPD are required.

Cash Compensation:

Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $130,000 - $143,000, with a 80/20 split, for candidates based at our hubs in New York City & San Francisco. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
