Why TrueAccord?

TrueAccord, a wholly owned subsidiary of TrueML, is a category-defining company. We combine machine learning with a human-based approach to transform debt resolution and to get people on the path towards financial health. Every year, more than 70 million Americans have negative experiences dealing with debt. We are changing this by providing personalized digital experiences that guide lenders and consumers through this challenging financial process.

With a world-class leadership team, passionate team members, and proprietary predictive models trained on years worth of transactional data, TrueAccord is well-positioned to deliver on a huge opportunity: helping millions of consumers to regain and keep their financial footing while lowering the cost of doing business for creditors across many industries.

As an Account Servicing Specialist, you will be the engine behind our financial accuracy and operational reliability. We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst to own the integrity of our account data during a period of hyper-growth. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex data entry and high-level problem solving, ensuring that every transaction is seamless and every client request is handled with precision.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Data Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end intake of client reports, correspondence, and source documents, ensuring all information is triaged and logged into our systems with 100% accuracy.

  • Solve Complex Discrepancies: Proactively identify defects in data and navigate multiple internal and external systems to resolve file processing errors, missing transactions, and inventory imbalances.

  • Drive Financial Accuracy: Manage payment processing workflows while maintaining a high-performance standard (targeting an error rate below 1%).

  • Navigate Security & Compliance: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with total discretion, following strict internal audit procedures and operational policies.

  • Act as a Client Partner: Provide timely, professional, and compliant responses to both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring their requests are resolved efficiently.

  • Optimize Processes: Support the leadership team with account-level analysis and administrative tasks that keep our "back office" running at peak performance.

Who You Are

  • A Systems Thinker: You are highly proficient in Excel and Google Applications, with an ability to juggle multiple software interfaces simultaneously without losing your place.

  • Detail-Obsessed: You have a natural knack for spotting "the needle in the haystack" when it comes to data defects and reconciliation errors.

  • Experienced in Back-Office Operations: You bring at least 1 year of experience in a multi-faceted work environment, ideally with a background in accounts receivable, banking, or healthcare reconciliations.

  • A Reliable Professional: You take pride in your time management skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, and value the consistency of being on-site with your team to meet tight deadlines.

  • An Effective Communicator: You can distill complex data issues into clear, professional written and verbal updates for your team and clients.

  • Education: Any degree is appreciated, but we value your relevant experience and "hands-on" track record just as much.
