As an Account Executive at Traba, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of work. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, understanding their unique needs, and connecting them with the talent that will drive their success. You will be an ambassador of Traba’s vision, showcasing how our platform can revolutionize their staffing approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key business clients, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
  • Present and sell Traba’s unique marketplace solutions to new and existing clients, tailoring proposals to their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless match of workers to business needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to the team to continually evolve our offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Traba’s growth and market expansion.
