We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Manager to lead and scale our Salesforce platform and the team that supports it. This is a critical leadership position created to own the full lifecycle of our Salesforce ecosystem, from day-to-day operations and team delivery to long-term platform strategy and executive stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on techno-functional leader who can think architecturally, communicate fluently with business leaders, and inspire a small but high-impact team to deliver at a high standard.

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Directly manage a team of 6-7 Salesforce professionals including admins, developers, and scrum master.
  • Set clear goals, provide coaching and career development, and foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Oversee workload planning, sprint ceremonies, and delivery cadence across all Salesforce projects.
  • Lead onboarding, hiring, and team-building as the function scales.

Platform Architecture & Strategy

  • Own the Salesforce platform architecture, design scalable, maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ/CLM.
  • Drive platform roadmap planning in alignment with business priorities across Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Lead architecture reviews, enforce governance, and champion best practices in code quality, security, and data integrity.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, releases, and third-party integrations as business needs evolve.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide hands-on technical guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow Builder, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Conduct and oversee code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
  • Design and own integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, billing, marketing, analytics).
  • Lead data migration, deployment, and release management processes.

Stakeholder & Business Collaboration

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders (VPs, C-level) to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Gather and manage requirements across cross-functional teams; lead SIT/UAT phases and drive user adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for Salesforce platform issues, ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence.
  • Prepare and communicate delivery status, risks, and roadmap updates to leadership.

Delivery & Operations

  • Lead Agile/Scrum execution - sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end SDLC for Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare.
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards, runbooks, and operational SOPs.

What You Bring:

Must-Have

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a people management or team lead role.
  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and at least one of: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional Salesforce teams (admins, developers, QA) end-to-end.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow Builder, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships at senior/executive level.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent), with additional certifications preferred.
  • Experience running Agile/Scrum delivery within a Salesforce context.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or high-growth company environments.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, ThoughtSpot, or Tableau.
  • Experience working with international or distributed teams.
