The Role
ThoughtSpot is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Senior Deal Desk Analyst to support our global Sales organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams, driving complex Enterprise and Commercial deals from structuring through execution.
You will play a critical role in enabling revenue growth while ensuring compliance with pricing, booking, and revenue recognition policies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, enjoys solving complex commercial challenges, and partners cross-functionally to create scalable processes.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales by structuring complex Enterprise and Commercial deals that align with ThoughtSpot’s pricing, discounting, and revenue policies.
Provide proactive guidance on non-standard deal constructs, multi-year agreements, upsell expansions, and cross-solution opportunities.
Own end-to-end deal execution through established approval workflows, ensuring timely turnaround and adherence to SLAs.
Review quotes, order forms, and pricing approvals for accuracy and compliance with company booking and revenue recognition policies.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Legal to resolve contractual, commercial, and compliance-related challenges.
Run day-to-day pricing and discount approvals within established governance frameworks.Support Sales in building order forms and navigating quoting tools (Salesforce / CPQ).
Train and educate field teams on pricing strategy, quoting best practices, and contracting standards.
Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, UAT testing, and documentation efforts.
Analyze deal data and provide insights to support forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Contribute to scalable programs that improve efficiency and simplify the quote-to-cash process globally.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a high-growth SaaS organization.
Proven experience structuring and executing complex, cross-functional deals across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, subscription structures, bookings, and revenue recognition principles.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority deals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence without authority.
Experience working closely with GTM organizations and understanding the pace and pressures of enterprise sales cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
In California, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $100k - $130k.
In Arizona, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $95k – $120k.
Actual compensation may vary and will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate.

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in US - Phoenix.Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week.
