  • Building & Leveraging Adaptive Planning: Develop and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in Adaptive Planning to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between R&D and company-wide FP&A, ensuring financial processes are consistent and decision-making is informed.

  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Drive high-impact analyses and initiatives that support growth, efficiency, and strategic investment decisions.

What you bring:

  • Experience: Typically 5+ years in finance, FP&A, or related fields, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Creative Problem-Solving & Tool Creation: Ability to translate ambiguous or incomplete data into structured analysis, building repeatable templates that enable better business execution and insight generation.

  • Communication & Influence: Strong ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders, providing compelling financial narratives.

  • Bias for Action: A results-driven mindset with a passion for increasing urgency and elevating performance.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with experience in Adaptive Planning or similar tools.

  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy, data integrity, and continuous process improvement.
