Revenue Operations Analyst II

The Shared Services function within GTM (Go-to-Market) Ops serves as a key partner to teams such as Sales, Customer Success (CS), Partner Services, Deal Desk, Professional Services, and Finance, providing seamless operational support across the organization. As a Revenue Ops Analyst, you’ll design and deliver data-driven dashboards and reports to track core GTM performance, while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability. This role positions you at the center of operational excellence and business growth.
What You'll Do:
Champagne Liveboards: Build, refine, monitor, and maintain liveboards (LBs) in Champagne (our ThoughtSpot instance). Partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and collaborate with the data team to integrate new fields, tables, and worksheets.
Business Reporting Leadership: Drive end-to-end reporting initiatives, ensuring accurate visibility into performance metrics across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis: Deliver timely and insightful ad hoc reports and analyses to address specific business needs and challenges.
Process Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead improvements within the GTM function.
Stakeholder Enablement: Train and support business users in self-serve reporting to ensure adoption and effective use of dashboards.
Evolving Responsibilities: Take on an expanding scope within RevOps over time, broadening the role’s impact across the organization.
What You Bring:
Experience: 4-7 years as a Business or Data Analyst supporting Marketing or Sales organizations within the SaaS industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, G-Suite, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or equivalent. Experience with SQL and databases is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated track record of conducting in-depth analyses and translating findings into actionable insights. Skilled at mapping data schemas and explaining data flows into external reporting systems.
Reporting Skills: Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Experienced in delivering high-quality business and performance reporting through Salesforce reports/dashboards and/or marketing automation platforms.
Process Improvement: Ability to create and maintain detailed process documentation and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives as needed.
Work Environment: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
