Project Manager - Deal Desk

Position: Contractor Role (4-Month Project)

Location(s): Seattle, WA or Mountain View, CA

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4 months
Focus Areas: Documentation, Sales Enablement, Internal Comms, Deal Desk Support


What's The Role?

We’re looking for a Deal Desk Project Manager to support key initiatives across documentation, sales training, and internal communications. This is a 4-month project-based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can work independently, and has experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) teams.

What You'll Do:

1. Build Out Documentation in Confluence

  • Create high-level overview pages and detailed how-to guides

  • Add visuals, screenshots, or videos to enhance clarity

  • Establish workflows for content reviews and contributions

  • Publish and manage access/permissions for finalized pages

2. Develop Sales Enablement Materials

  • Create decks, one-pagers, reference guides, and short demo videos

  • Upload materials to LMS or shared repositories

  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement to deliver sessions and announcements

3. Create Internal Communications

  • Draft and distribute project updates via Confluence, Slack, and email

  • Include visuals (timelines, charts) to support key messages

  • Maintain a regular communication cadence and gather feedback

4. Support Deal Desk Tasks (As Needed)

  • Assist the sales team with deal desk-related support during peak volume

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in content development, enablement, or technical writing

  • Deep experience with Confluence and organizing scalable documentation

  • Proven ability to create impactful sales materials and quick-reference tools

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and GTM workflows

  • Experience using LMS platforms and communication tools like Slack and Google Workspace

  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent visual storytelling skills

  • Strong communicator who can work independently and cross-functionally

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
