What’s the Role?
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Emerging Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Germany. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with high-potential, mid-market to lower enterprise organisations across the DACH region, with a primary focus on Germany. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, championing our innovative platform and leading them through a consultative, value-based sales process.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B software sales—ideally within Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data platforms—and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you’re passionate about solving customer challenges and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for emerging enterprise accounts in the DACH region

  • Develop strong, multi-threaded relationships within target organisations, from departmental stakeholders to C-level executives

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term success

  • Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to both technical and business audiences

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and evolving product capabilities

  • Share market feedback with internal teams to inform go-to-market strategy and product development

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Experience selling into mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts in the DACH region, preferably with a focus on Germany

  • Familiarity with the Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data ecosystem is a plus

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English

  • A consultative, customer-centric sales approach focused on delivering value

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to team success
