Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our Marketing Operations team and help optimize our customer engagement and retention strategies.
As a Marketing Operations Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, in-product push notifications, and other channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and product, to enhance customer journeys, improve engagement, and drive retention.
What you’ll do:
Support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back strategies.
Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable) to build and deploy campaigns.
Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging and experiences.
Work with data teams to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and timing to optimize conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for customer communications.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high quality compelling copy and visuals for lifecycle campaigns.
Troubleshoot issues related to email deliverability, tracking, and automation workflows.
What you bring:
5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred but not required).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
Familiarity with SQL and/or scripting for data extraction is a plus.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance measurement.
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
