We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global Marketing Operations team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone early in their marketing ops career who is eager to build hands-on experience in CRM data integrity, campaign readiness, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Campaign Operations Manager, Lifecycle Operations Manager, and SDR team by ensuring clean, accurate, and timely marketing data in Salesforce and other tools. You will work remotely from India during U.S. business hours.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform daily list uploads, data imports, and segmentation tasks in HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Ensure CRM data cleanliness by running audits, de-duplication, and enrichment processes.

  • Support database organization, tagging, and record management to ensure campaign readiness.

  • Collaborate with the SDR team to maintain account and contact lists for outbound outreach.

  • Partner with campaign and lifecycle managers to prepare audiences and support execution.

  • Monitor sync errors and troubleshoot data flow between platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.).

  • Document processes, SOPs, and data hygiene standards for internal use.

  • Conduct basic reporting on list performance, upload metrics, and data accuracy.

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or related fields.

  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar marketing/CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote team environments.

  • Comfortable working independently and during U.S. business hours from India.
