What’s the Role?

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and leading a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives. You will drive revenue growth, build a strong industry presence, and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Mentor: Develop a deep understanding of ThoughtSpot’s products to effectively coach and guide your sales team.
  • Sales Execution: Empower your team to proactively prospect, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Coaching: Support your team in navigating complex sales processes and closing new business.
  • Sales Methodology: Implement and reinforce best-in-class sales frameworks to ensure consistent success.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent to drive regional growth.
  • Industry Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with technology partners to expand ThoughtSpot’s reach.
  • Forecasting & Performance Management: Maintain structured sales forecasts and align with business objectives.
  • Culture Champion: Uphold and promote ThoughtSpot’s cultural values, fostering an environment of selfless excellence.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales management experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven Success: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable learning and adapting to evolving technology.
  • Growth Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
