As the Director of Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading service delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. You will oversee team performance, resource planning, and risk mitigation while driving process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. What You’ll Do:

Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a high-performing professional services team, fostering collaboration and growth.
Manage stakeholder relationships, working closely with clients, internal teams, and executives.
Develop and execute resource planning strategies to optimise utilisation and efficiency.
Monitor performance metrics, tracking project outcomes and ensuring continuous improvement.
Implement process optimisation initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational workflows.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
Oversee budget and financial management, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Align professional services strategy with overall business objectives and company growth plans.

What You Bring:

14+ years of experience in Professional Services, Delivery Management, or Consulting.
Proven track record in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving service excellence.
Expertise in delivery oversight, performance tracking, and process improvement.
Strong experience in resource planning, risk management, and financial oversight.
Exceptional client engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimising performance outcomes.
Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets effectively.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align service offerings with business goals and market needs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive impact across teams.
