We, at ThoughtSpot, are looking for an Customer Experience Engineer. You will build and work with a highly skilled customer experience team whose mission is to alleviate the experience of all ThoughtSpot customers across its products and offerings. This team works with all product, engineering and customer teams across ThoughtSpot, It is responsible for enhancing customer experience by building automation frameworks and tools, defining right quality processes and gates by acting as an owner for QA practices at ThoughtSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and execute automated test workflows and end-to-end test scenarios Playwright / Selenium
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Implement and maintain automated tests using any modern automation framework Playwright / Cypress.
  • Having Core programming skills to develop robust and scalable test scripts.
  • Quickly learn and understand the intricacies of our products to effectively contribute to the test automation process.
  • Write and execute Groovy and shell scripts as needed to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring high product quality.
  • Continuously improve test processes and automation frameworks to optimize the efficiency and it's effectiveness.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on test results and metrics to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of UI Automation and experience in testing them.
  • Proven experience in test automation, specifically building workflow or end-to-end test scenarios using any automation framework.
  • Proficiency in using /managing any Automation frameworks for automated testing.
  • Solid programming skills in any language
  • Ability to quickly learn and grasp new products and technologies.
  • Experience with Groovy and shell scripting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
