Office Networking Setup & Troubleshooting:
Design, implement, and maintain office network solutions, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN systems.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Ensure network security by managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access controls.
Endpoint Security & Compliance:
Implement and enforce endpoint security policies, including antivirus, anti-malware, and encryption.
Manage regular patching and updates for endpoint devices to ensure compliance with security standards.
Ensure adherence to global InfoSec standards such as SOC, ISO 27001, and GDPR for all endpoints.
Service Desk Support:
Oversee the IT service desk operations, ensuring timely and effective technical support to employees.
Develop and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to measure performance and customer satisfaction.
Implement AI-driven self-serve support tools to streamline issue resolution and empower users with self-help options.
Automation & AI-Powered Support Technologies:
Leverage automation tools and AI technologies to optimize IT support processes and reduce manual tasks.
Implement AI-driven support bots and ticketing systems for faster issue identification and resolution.
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance IT service delivery.
IT Asset Inventory & Security Management:
Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets across the organization.
Implement security controls for asset management, ensuring that devices are properly tracked and secured.
Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure proper usage and compliance with company policies.
IT Infrastructure Management (VDI & IT Infrastructure Storage,compute,networking set up & operations):
Oversee the maintenance and scalability of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and other IT services.
Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) for secure, remote, and efficient desktop services.
Ensure IT infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability to meet the growing needs of the organization.
Automation of Onboarding/Offboarding Processes:
Design and implement automated workflows for the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless provisioning and de-provisioning of user access and devices.
Continuously optimize these processes for improved efficiency and compliance.
Access Management & Single Sign-On (SSO):
Manage access and authorization for all office applications using SSO to streamline authentication and improve security.
Ensure proper role-based access controls (RBAC) are implemented and regularly reviewed for compliance.
Monitor user access logs and activities to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive systems.
InfoSec Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with global InfoSec regulations such as SOC, ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
Implement security controls to safeguard corporate data and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential threats.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT services.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with external partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a local IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide opportunities for professional development.
Encourage proactive problem-solving and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management, including office networking, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), endpoint security, and access management (SSO).
Experience with automation tools, AI-driven support solutions, and IT asset management systems.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Experience with cloud computing, VDI, and virtualization technologies.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CISSP).
Experience with automation and AI technologies for IT support and asset management.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated security best practices.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python) for automating IT workflows.
