Triaging and resolving incoming production issues
Support individuals in finance and other financial work areas
with system related issues by problem solving or
coordinating solutions to ensure smooth daily operations of
the accounting systems. Must be able to prioritize all items
in order to meet internal client deadlines. Supported
application areas include Asset Management, General
Ledger, Intercompany, Accounts Receivable, Billing,
Accounts Payable
User Provisioning, Saved Searches, Reports, updating workflow,
configuration and Day-today administrative functions
including Netsuite, Coupa and others
Ensuring optimal performance of business applications by
performing day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and
resolving issues.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and
communication skills
Maintaining resolution within given SLA
Ensuring all system changes made are done within security
policies, procedures, and SOX compliance.
Maintain documentation of new system processes and system
implementations. Provide general knowledge sharing with
the global business Services team.
Managing business application access requests
Support the Finance departments during the month-end close
issues and process
Contribute to our overall delivery processes across business
while improving the health of the Netsuite and Coupa
platform

Req:
You have at least 4-5 years of information technology and/or
information security experience
Expertise in Netsuite/Coupa
Financials Implementation, upgrade, maintenance and support
experience (R2R, P2P, R2R.) is highly desirable but not
mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Hands on experience with any other financial applications
Experience with working in a global environment
Experience working with the internal and external audit teams
to collect evidence for gap assessment preferred.
Experience in an environment with SOX framework
Self-starter, Outstanding listener, great presenter, terrific
interpersonal and communication skills
