WHAT'S THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to contribute to our global product marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will drive customer and revenue growth by reinforcing our leadership position in the market with a differentiated go-to-market strategy. You'll focus on enhancing engagement with prospects, users, and buyers while gathering key market insights to influence product strategy and sales execution.

Your key performance indicators will include improving product line ARR, boosting product activation and adoption (NRR), increasing competitive win rates, and driving expansion plays. This role requires building strong cross-functional relationships with teams including product, sales, solutions engineering, and the broader marketing team to create long-term value for our customers and business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop a comprehensive messaging framework that aligns with our current and future multi-product vision.

  • Contribute to the creation of a highly differentiated go-to-market strategy with stakeholders, enhancing our leadership in the AI-powered analytics space across all product lines and sales segments.

  • Develop deep customer insights and personas for different audiences, understanding the buyer’s pain points and our differentiated value.

  • Create a robust feedback loop between product, marketing, and sales to incorporate market feedback and the voice of the customer into strategies.

  • Drive competitive differentiation by producing impactful sales enablement assets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the analytics, business intelligence, or AI space, with a proven ability to manage multiple products.

  • Prior experience in the data analytics or AI-driven solutions industry.

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and influencing go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for different personas and coach others to do the same.

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and motivating them toward shared goals.

  • A hands-on approach with the passion to deeply engage with our products and market.
