What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage automated workflows for routine inquiries and proactive outreach.

  • Utilize data analytics to create and refine automated interventions that boost customer engagement.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance automation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Review and optimize the technology stack, including AI features and integrations.

  • Implement and configure automation tools, and oversee database and application installations.

  • Identify and apply strategies to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure automation systems are reliable and effective.

  • Define system scope and objectives, providing insights into technology’s business impact.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align and enhance customer programs.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or automation, focusing on managing and implementing automation systems.

  • Experience working with customer success teams to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Matik and SendGrid.

  • Proven track record in managing automation projects, including setup, execution, and evaluation.

  • Skilled in using Pendo and FullStory for in-app analytics and user behaviour analysis.

  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, integration techniques, and advanced data analysis.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization and BI tools like ThoughtSpot.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with digital automation trends.

  • Competence in collaborative planning and design using Miro and Asana.
