We are looking for an experienced Sales Finance professional to join our team as a Sr Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Finance and Commission teams and providing strategic financial support to our sales organization. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage revenue forecasting and reporting, and provide financial analysis to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales finance and strategy, and sales commissions, and experience leading multiple teams. You should have a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes and metrics, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Sales Finance and Commission teams, providing coaching and development to team members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, working closely with the sales leadership team
  • Manage revenue forecasting and reporting processes, providing accurate and timely analysis to support business decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution of sales plans
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide insights and recommendations on sales performance and financial metrics


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Finance or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for translating financial data into actionable insights
  • Extensive experience in company-wide planning, forecasting, and investor guidance, including expertise in leading an IPO or working in a public company environment.
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support sales growth and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
