Are you passionate about capital markets and eager to make an impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment? We are seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in investment banking, leveraged finance, or credit investing to drive meaningful contributions to our business development, credit analysis, and investor relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fundamental analysis and due diligence to support investment decisions.
Provide credit market reviews and insights, helping guide strategic planning and investor communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, contributing to a robust network of capital sources.
Support identifying and originating new investment opportunities with investors.
Lead aspects of the business development process, including industry and market research to identify new opportunities.
Actively participate in Capital team discussions, investment committee meetings, and presentations to external investors.
Support deal origination and qualification, collaborating with key business units across the organization.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, private credit, or other relevant fields.
Deep understanding of the capital raising and M&A process, with a demonstrated track record of deal origination and/or execution experience.
Strong credit and equity securities analysis skills, including expertise in financial modeling and the ability to assess a wide range of credit and equity opportunities.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Knowledge of various debt structures and deal execution in both public and private markets is a significant plus.
Experience working with high-growth start-ups or holding companies is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration and driving results.
