Responsibilities:

    Service Team Management:
  • Directly supervise the service team, including technicians, dispatchers, and estimators.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Service and Maintenance Operations:
  • Oversee daily service operations with a focus on prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance visits, service calls and projects.
  • Customer Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Resolve issues promptly and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Scheduling and Dispatch:
  • Optimize scheduling and dispatch processes to minimize response times.
  • Reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Quality Control:
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
  • Provide insights for improvement.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure staff adheres to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in HVAC or a related field.
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent field experience.
  • Extensive experience with commercial boilers and chillers.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Certifications or licensing in HVAC preferred.
  • Must hold DC steam engineer class 3 or higher, or be eligible and willing to obtain it
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with service management software such as ServiceTrade or similar platforms.
