MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a client in San Antonio.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions. This includes fine tuning invoice processing per client contract terms, reconciliation of general ledger, analysis and cash applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices into the system
- Track payments
- Resolve customer disputes
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Communicate with customers and vendors
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Netsuite, or similar accounting software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
