MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for an FP&A Manager for a client in San Antonio.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and analysis for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to effectively communicate financial information to senior management. This role will report directly to the Controller.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial plans and budgets for the organization
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Advise senior management on financial matters
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency with Sage required
- Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
