Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions to support business processes, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze use cases, and translate functional requirements into technical designs.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to technical challenges.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Up to 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration options.
Experience with Salesforce integration technologies such as REST API, SOAP API, and Salesforce Connect.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop scalable, efficient solutions.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
