Our G1 platform deployment is ramping up around the world. We are looking for high-energy, self-starter individuals to join our solutions engineering team. The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of wireless/network communications with experience in the areas of product development and/or testing. You will be managing a team of seasoned hands-on engineers building proof of concepts, developing new solutions and driving product improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage/Lead the solutions team based in Pune and cater to customer requirements in the IST time zone.
- Assign work, provide trainings, expand the team, set priorities, report status to management and assess program risks.
- Become a subject matter expert on Tarana’s product and service solutions
- Work with engineering, sales as well as third party vendors to design, implement and support turn-key solutions
- Provide technical support to customers as well as internal teams on configuration and deployment of Tarana technology
- Drive customer focused strategy, derive metrics and strive for continuous improvement in processes and quality.
- Lead customer field trials, market trials, pilot deployments as well as commercial network deployments for our customers
- Give customer presentations and support sales and marketing activities with a variety of wireless operator customers
- BTech/BE or MS/MTech in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or other scientific discipline is a must
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in technical customer facing roles such as System Engineer or Solution Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and leading teams.
- In-depth knowledge of IP routing/switching, L2/L3 networking, DHCP, DNS, TCP/UDP protocols, VLAN, QOS, IPv4/IPv6, NAT, and general networking concepts
- Experience in working with Internet Service Providers in Asia/Africa/Australia
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced networking knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of advanced wireless technologies like smart-antenna radios, interference cancelation etc. is a plus
- Understanding of RF/microwave network design, link budget analysis is a plus
- Exposure to cloud native applications on AWS, GCP etc is a plus
