The Opportunity
This isn't your typical sales role. We are looking for a true relationship architect and talent scout to join our Creator Partnerships team. As a Creator Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and signing the next wave of elite fitness coaches to our platform.
You will manage a portfolio of warm, high-potential leads, building deep, authentic connections over time. Your success won't be measured by call volume, but by the quality of your relationships and the ultimate success of the coaches you bring on board. What You'll Do
Cultivate & Manage: Nurture a dedicated portfolio of warm leads, transforming initial interest into lasting partnerships.
Build Relationships: Forge deep, authentic relationships with prospective coaches, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
Conduct Strategic Consultations: Lead in-depth consultations to deeply understand each coach's business, needs, and long-term aspirations.
Guide & Close: Masterfully articulate our value proposition and guide top-tier coaches through a seamless and collaborative signing process.
Drive Success: Own your pipeline from first contact to signed agreement, with a focus on signing high-potential coaches who will thrive on our platform.
Who You Are

Master Relationship Builder: You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust. You excel at playing the long game to build valuable connections.
A Strategic Sales Professional: You have 3+ years of proven experience in a full-cycle, relationship-driven sales or business development role (e.g., high-end services, SaaS, recruiting). You know how to manage a pipeline and guide prospects through a multi-stage process without high-pressure tactics.
Highly Organized: You possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills. You can expertly manage dozens of ongoing conversations and long-term nurture sequences without missing a beat.
Connected in the Fitness World: You have a strong understanding of the online fitness, wellness, or creator economy. An existing network of coaches and industry professionals is a major plus.
Compensation & Why You'll Love This Role
We reward performance. This role is designed for high-achievers who are confident in their ability to drive results.
Projected Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000+ OTE (On-Target Earnings) in your first year.
Compensation Structure: A competitive base salary ($36,000 annually) combined with a highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure based on the coaches you sign.
Ramp-Up Guarantee: To set you up for success, you will receive a guaranteed salary of $5,000 per month for your first two months. This allows you dedicated time to build your pipeline and relationships before transitioning to the base + commission structure in your third month.
