About the Job
We are seeking an HR Manager/Sr Manager to be the cornerstone of our growing people function. As the sole HR professional in our organization, you will report to the VP of Finance (who oversees all G&A functions) and have the opportunity to build and shape HR practices from the ground up. This is a unique chance to play a strategic and operational role in a scaling startup, creating programs and processes that support our engineers, scientists, and broader team while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and belonging.
This is not a “back-office” role — you will have a front-row seat to groundbreaking work and the ability to directly shape the employee experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to create and execute HR strategies that support our growth from startup to a company of 100+ employees and beyond.
