What you’ll do
Own end-to-end design of key workflows including strategy, information architecture, and component libraries with meticulous attention to detail.
Prototype, iterate, and ship multi-channel AI agent experiences, from prompt engineering to agent deployments to workflow automation.
Thrive in ambiguity: prioritize ruthlessly, take full ownership, and adapt to shifting requirements.
Relentlessly champion user needs and design excellence, ensuring every detail is right. Collaborate as a true partner with product, engineering, and leadership, wearing any hat to get things done.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing for B2B2C, web, and mobile applications. Experience designing for AI or AI assistants preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, especially in startups.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping.

Compensation range
Syllable is open to consideration of candidates at varying levels of experience and responsibility, subject to meeting the basic qualifications of the position. As such, the salary range for this position is $175,000-$225,000. The range of compensation for this role takes into account the variety of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to pay band placement, skillset, experience and training, licensure and certification, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. All compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
