You’ll be joining Mind, our innovative mental health solution that redefines how care is delivered - moving beyond scheduled appointments to provide support that’s continuous, personalized, and responsive. We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst to join our Mind team, focused on delivering high-quality digital experiences that support mental health and well-being. In this role, you will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure our apps and AI features are reliable, effective, and user-friendly. You will play a key part in validating that the product meets both technical and clinical expectations, by executing test cases, investigating issues, and contributing to continuous quality improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in psychology or a related field who is eager to grow in the tech space while helping build solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and execute manual test cases to help ensure our mental health products and AI-based features are safe, reliable, and supportive of users’ therapeutic journeys
- Work closely with product and clinical teams to understand mental health goals, user behaviors, and clinical relevance - and turn that understanding into meaningful testing scenarios
- Monitor product quality using dashboards, user feedback, and usage data, with a particular sensitivity to how issues might affect people using the product for mental health support
- Help document feature behavior, QA processes, and known issues in a clear, organized way
What you need to have:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field connected to mental health or human behavior
- A genuine interest in digital health and a willingness to learn about how technology and AI can support mental well-being
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English
- A thoughtful and detail-oriented mindset, with sensitivity to the impact of product quality on mental health users
What we would love to see:
- Any prior experience in software testing - academic, personal, or professional
- Familiarity with digital mental health solutions or a strong motivation to work in this space
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, or similar
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with mobile applications and their testing workflows
