Introduction:
As a Growth Marketing Associate at Sword Health, you'll play a vital role in both creating compelling marketing assets and generating valuable leads to fuel our sales pipeline. This position offers hands-on experience in both marketing content creation and proactive lead generation activities.

What you’ll be doing:

    Marketing Content & Campaign Management
  • Support the Mind Marketing Team in creating content and updating member-facing assets including HR toolkits, enrollment marketing emails, direct mail, webinars, social media posts, fliers and more.
  • Familiarity using tools such as inDesign, Illustrator, and Iterable, to manage and report on marketing campaigns.
  • Carry out both short- and long-term enrollment marketing programs based on strategies developed by Mind Marketers and Clients (Employers and Health Plans).
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Design and external design agencies, Customer Success, Sales, external vendors, and other teams to build relevant marketing campaigns and strengthen relationships across the organization.
  • Report weekly on Key Performance Indicators for all measurable marketing campaigns.
  • Proofread and QA campaign materials.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support
  • Conduct market research to identify potential client prospects and build targeted lead lists.
  • Perform outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate initial interest.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demonstrations with qualified prospects.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
  • Assist with preparing sales materials and presentations for prospect meetings.
  • Support the sales team by gathering relevant information about prospects to enhance personalization.
  • Contribute to the optimization of lead generation strategies by analyzing performance data.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years marketing/ growth experience including customer/member/user acquisition in B2B environment
  • Excellent English and willingness to work a later schedule to support teammates in the US, starting at 10:00am Portugal Time
  • Data-driven focus with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of email acquisition channels and highly motivated to learn new platforms and technologies to carry out dynamic marketing programs
  • Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and PPT/Google Slides
  • Experience with Iterable or similar ESP a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Track record producing a high volume of marketing campaigns within set schedules
  • A passion for solving problems
