What you'll be doing:

  • Drive improvements to our operations: member engagement, capacity, efficiency, quality etc.;
  • Partner with other teams at SWORD (Finance, Recruiting) to build and execute on cross-functional strategies;
  • Find opportunities for process improvement to help scale seamlessly our operations by 10x+;
  • Collaborate with product to develop effective tools that facilitate our rock-star engagement team’s work;
  • Design, create, and improve the tools & dashboards we use to run our operations;
  • Oversee the transition of manual tasks to AI, optimizing operational workflows;
  • Assist in the development and execution of member engagement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention;
  • Participate in the continuous evaluation and optimization of engagement processes and practices.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in customer service, member engagement, or a related field;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive decisions;
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for operational improvements.

What we would love to see:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and engagement platforms;
  • Knowledge of AI and automation processes for operational efficiency.
