We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Medical Director to join the Clinical Research & Affairs Team. The ideal candidate is a highly driven and enthusiastic Medical Doctor who wishes to help drive digital care pathways forward. This person will have the opportunity together with the SVP of Clinical & Regulatory affairs in all things clinical, providing support and scale to the team, and being involved in both strategy and execution. This person will have the opportunity to work with other clinicians, product managers, developers, designers and marketing specialists in the development of new solutions and in the continuous improvement of our existing ones, in alignment with our mission of freeing 2 billion people from pain. We will highly value candidates that have a specialisation in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (but open to other profiles), that are passionate about and want to build a career in Digital Health, and that have managerial training/experience.

What you'll do:

  • Work under the SVP of Clinical & Regulatory affairs, assisting with strategy and execution of all clinical-related activities.
  • Provide support and scale to the SVP of Clinical & Regulatory affairs in managing the day-to-day tasks of the teams in the department.
  • Work transversally with other departments, namely Engineering, Operations, Development, Commercial, Marketing to provide support and assistance in driving cross functional activities.
  • Work with other clinicians and teams in the company in the research and development of new solutions, and in the refinement of existing ones.
  • Work with the clinical operations teams on matters related with quality and scalability of care.
  • Work with data teams to investigate impact of our solutions and find targets for improvement.
  • Support in decision-making, communication, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Use logic and prioritization tactics to manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Who you are:

  • Must have a Medical Doctor degree.
  • Further specialization in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation will be highly valued and preferred.
  • Additional managerial experience/training (eg MBA, Post-grad in Healthcare management) will be highly valued.
  • Excellent scientific basis and reasoning skills, but at the same time willing to accept and explore new and potentially disruptive ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven and detail-driven mentality.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent Organization and planning skills.
  • Highly dynamic, motivated and proactive.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
