To Do What:

Assist with the development and maintenance of data pipelines, databases, and data warehouses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Conduct testing and debugging of data infrastructure to ensure it meets business needs and requirements.
Maintain documentation of data pipelines and ensure it is up-to-date.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

Good Knowledge of SQL such as MySQL, and BigQuery. NoSQL is a plus;
Experience with data modeling like dimensional modeling;
Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, etc;
Experience in cloud-based architectures, such as GCP and AWS;
Experience with streaming and/or batch architectures: Kafka ecosystem, Spark, Flink, and others.

Bonus Points if you have:

Knowledge of Data Governance;
Experience with orchestration tools, namely Airflow;
Experience with DBT (Data-Build Tool);
Experience with industry-leader BI & visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc;
Experience with IaC (Terraform) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
