The Role
We're hiring someone to lead Stuut's Private Equity Partnerships—connecting our AI-powered platform with the firms that can accelerate adoption and drive measurable growth. In this role, you'll work across mid-market and large-cap/mega-fund PE firms to drive adoption of Stuut across their portfolios, sitting at the intersection of PE, AI, and enterprise value creation.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for private equity firms and senior operating leaders
- Build deep relationships with operating partners, portfolio ops, and investment team leads
- Have executive-level conversations around AI strategy, value creation, and transformation
- Lead enablement activities including executive briefings, portfolio learning sessions, and conference presence
- Structure, negotiate, and execute PE partnership agreements (preferred pricing, portfolio-wide frameworks, etc)
- Run recurring cadences (QBRs, portfolio and pipeline reviews, exec check-ins) to surface and advance opportunities
- Map portfolios, and prioritize accounts by sponsor focus, AI readiness, and value potential
- Develop case studies and portfolio-level proof points to accelerate cross-portfolio expansion
- Partner across consulting, banking, and direct sales channels where PE relationships unlock joint opportunities
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have a background in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, consulting, investing, or go-to-market leadership, with 5+ years of experience
- Have direct experience with technology partnerships involving PE sponsors or multi-entity / portfolio structures (preferred)
- Understand fund structures, value creation playbooks, and sponsor-portco dynamics
- Are comfortable with commercial discussions (pricing, discounts, basic economics) and iterating on term sheets within guardrails
- Have outstanding verbal communication and facilitation skills, including delivering engaging presentations, workshops, or webinars to senior and executive audiences
- Are scrappy, curious, and excited to help define and scale Stuut's PE partnership motion
