About the Role

As one of the first members of this new team, you will be setting the gold standard for sales today. You’ll play a pivotal role in Stuut’s future growth and success. Your primary task will be to create interest in Stuut and guide prospects to evaluate our software. You will be making a high volume of phone calls (100+ a day) mixed with omnichannel prospecting (email and LinkedIn) and closing. Our customers represent businesses that drive America; like manufacturing, distribution, etc.

You will handle prospecting, lead qualification and help convert leads into clients in tandem with our marketing and BDR team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing

  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s specific business challenges

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting

  • Collaborate closely with internal partners to support customers throughout the entire business relationship

  • Develop account strategies to expand revenue and adoption within existing mid-market customers

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets

  • Represent Stuut.ai at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence

  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to help shape messaging, features, and go-to-market strategy

  • Experience working in a high growth environment - 4+ years with SaaS Sales experience
