We're looking for an Animation Project Manager to own production timelines and collaborate with creative teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.What You'll Do- Own the production timeline: Track and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to final delivery ensuring shows are delivered on time and on budget.- Collaborate with creators: Partner closely with the creative team of video producers to identify project steps, interdependencies, risks, and opportunities to bring visibility into the production process.- Keep leadership informed: Provide clear, concise project updates to the executive team, flag risks early, and maintain visibility into deadlines and dependencies.- Be a creative problem-solver: Proactively surface and unblock challenges in collaboration with the creative and technical teams.- Build structure: Help us refine our production systems, documentation, and internal processes as we scale.You're a Great Fit If You…- Have 5 years of experience as a project manager in a studio environment—ideally with animation, games, or other creator-driven IP.- Are fluent in working with creative teams—you understand the rhythms and realities of production and respect the space creators need to do great work.- Are comfortable using Linear, Google Docs, and Slack.- Communicate with clarity, calm, and confidence across all levels—from creative contributors to executive stakeholders.- Are energized by fast-paced environments, love managing complexity, and know how to keep everyone rowing in the same direction.- Bonus: You've worked in a startup or small team and know how to wear multiple hats without losing focus.Contact us at jobs@studiojadu.com
