This role is pivotal in concepting and delivering engaging experiences that showcase Stripe's products and customer stories, while effectively managing logistics, timelines, and coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, a skilled problem solver, and a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all logistical elements of events, including exhibit builds, catering, AV, branding, decor, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure that all events align with company priorities, meet and exceed specified goals, and adhere to budgetary guidelines for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, communications, and creative teams to identify and represent key stories and moments in activations, maintaining adherence to brand standards.
  • Oversee expo activations from initial planning to on-site execution, ensuring cross-functional team alignment and consistent delivery of high-quality experiences.
  • Conceptualize and produce immersive physical experiences that highlight Stripe products and customer stories, including thematic activations tailored for specific attendee segments.
  • Optimize expo elements for attendee flow, visibility, and engagement.
  • Support expo demo planning and staffing.
  • Intake information from internal teams to clarify goals and recommend budget-friendly activation solutions, setting clear expectations for scope and timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with production vendors, including layout planning, lighting, AV, electrical, and other logistical aspects.
  • Critically evaluate vendor proposals, advocating for customized solutions while identifying cost-effective materials and production methods that uphold quality.
  • Maintain clear production timelines, ensuring vendor progress aligns with project plans while managing risks and milestones.
  • Willingness to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional partners across Europe and Asia Pacific, effectively navigating different global time zones for event coordination.
  • Willingness to travel to support on-site execution for 4 or more events annually, including Stripe Sessions, Stripe Tour, and other regional initiatives.
